Tungchoywatch.com welcomes worldwide orders; please allow 1-3 weeks for the transit period. Our supporting team will dispatch orders with 48 hours (working day) upon payment cleared. For any tracking inquiry, please log-in your TUNGCHOYWATCH account and click on "My Account" to view the status of your order. However, if deliveries exceed 3 weeks, please notify us immediately by e-mail: customer-care@tungchoywatch.com, our CS team will follow up the order for you in due course.

Shipping Rates (FREE OF CHARGE!!)

Tungchoywatch.com offered flexible carriage services according to buyer’s destination. Our Supporting Team will arrange bulk shipment dispatch from Hong Kong to US and UK directly by every Monday, Wednesday & Friday (working day). Upon bulk parcel arrive; our US logistic center will distribute the individual order via USPS mail tracking service* for all US Domestic orders. As for the UK and Western European countries, bulk shipment will be distribute via Royal Mail tracking service* for all UK Domestic orders and Western European countries*. The transit period will takes approximately 2 weeks to 3 weeks service to destinations.
(*Either worldwide order less than US$20 or Western European Countries order less than US$80, mail tracking service will not be provided. However there is another option of “Mail Track Service Upgrade”)

For Asia , Australia and all other countries, we offer air mail tracking service* provided by Hong Kong Post. The transit period will takes approximately 10 days to 2 weeks service to destinations. Buyer can normally expect delivery to reach you within 2 weeks.
(*Above order less than US$20, mail tracking service will not be provided. However there is another option of “Mail Track Service Upgrade”)

Mail Track Service Upgrade : $7
Suitable for either worldwide order less than US$20 or most of the Western European countries order less than US$80. Options of additional charges US$7 for mail signed tracking service if needed.

FedEx Express /EMS Service : $25
TUNGCHOYWATCH offer shipping upgrade to FedEx Express Service (or EMS) to fulfill buyer’s urgent order. Items in express order usually take 3-7 working days to arrive destination. The upgrade charge will be a flat rate of US$25. Orders to North America, Asia and Australia will be shipped via FedEx Express. For Countries out of North America, Asia and Australia will be shipped via EMS.
Kindly noted if order including any exotic material such as “genuine alligator strap" will only be shipped via EMS. In exceptional circumstances, when deemed necessary, we reserve the right to change the carrier used without prior notice.

Customs fees and other import duties

Please note that buyers will be responsible for covering your local customs fees and other import duties.

Returns Policy

You may return most items within 14 days of delivery for one time exchange, this policy apply to original list price buyer, we will not consider any exchange on discount items. Before returning the items, please notify us by e-mail. You are responsible to pay the return postage unless the items we send is in-correct, is damaged, or is missing parts. Item(s) which show clear signs of use is(are) not qualify to return. The purchase becomes effective upon the expiry of the 14-day return period.
